This article was published in September 2023. The purpose of the article is to advance the call to improve nurse manager recognition by the wider health care organization and community. The study addressed the research needs of the Beyond Gratitude Campaign.
The Journal of Nursing Administration: "Creating an Organizational Culture and Climate of Meaningful Recognition for Nurse Managers"
This article was published in July 2023, and describes core elements of NM recognition and presents a theoretical model to foster a culture and climate for meaningful recognition to address the research needs of the Beyond Gratitude Campaign.
